TERMS OF USE — TEMPOREVENUE AI
Version: 1.6
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Who we are: Jefferson Prado Barros, Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI), CNPJ 68.470.838/0001-82, operating as TempoRevenue. Contact: contact@temporevenue.com
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TempoRevenue AI, a service that turns conversations with clients — including audio, text, and images or screenshots — into commercial proposals.
By creating an account, using TempoRevenue, or purchasing any plan or credit pack, the user states that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1. About TempoRevenue
TempoRevenue AI is a software platform that receives information provided by the user and uses it to generate commercial proposals.
The price shown in the proposal is calculated by the platform's code. The artificial intelligence model does not determine the price of the proposal.
TempoRevenue may be used by customers in Brazil and in other countries.
2. Definitions
For these Terms:
- "TempoRevenue," "platform," or "service" means the TempoRevenue AI system and its features.
- "User" means the individual or legal entity that creates an account or uses the service.
- "User's Client" means the person or company for whom the User prepares or sends a proposal.
- "Customer Content" means the data and materials the User submits to the platform, including audio, text, names, images, and information contained in conversations or proposals.
- "Proposal" means the commercial document produced by the platform from the information the User provides.
- "Credit" means a unit of use of the platform according to the plan or pack purchased.
- "API" means the TempoRevenue programming interface, accessed with an API key or through a connected AI app.
2A. Eligibility
TempoRevenue is intended for people aged 18 or older, for professional or commercial use. By creating an account, the User states that they are 18 or older and that they will use the service for professional or commercial purposes.
Where the User is protected by mandatory consumer protection rules of the jurisdiction they are in, those protections prevail over these Terms.
3. Content submitted by the User
Customer Content submitted to TempoRevenue remains the property of the User or of the respective owner, as the case may be.
TempoRevenue does not sell Customer Content, does not share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and does not make it publicly available.
The User is responsible for holding the rights and authorizations needed to submit to the platform the content they use, including when that content contains information about their own clients or other people.
The User is also responsible for ensuring that the use of the content on the platform is compatible with the obligations they have toward their clients, employees, suppliers, or other people involved.
4. Use of Customer Content
TempoRevenue uses Customer Content to provide the contracted service, including processing, transcription, generation, and storage of proposals and their records.
TempoRevenue uses generative artificial intelligence to process Customer Content and generate commercial proposals.
TempoRevenue does not use customer data to train artificial intelligence models.
This rule also applies to the artificial intelligence providers TempoRevenue uses through an API: Customer Content is not used to train the models as a result of its processing by the platform.
5. Aggregated and anonymous data
TempoRevenue may use aggregated and anonymized information derived from use of the platform to produce market references and statistical analyses.
This information may include, for example:
- category or type of service;
- number of hours;
- price range.
Information used for this purpose must not identify the User or the User's Client.
TempoRevenue will not use this aggregated data in a way that individually identifies the User or their Client.
5A. Public profile, connections, and the Invite/Friends feature
Public profile (opt-in). The User may choose to make their profile public, on a page reachable at its own address (`/u/[identifier]`). This option is off by default and only takes effect after the User expressly turns it on. A public profile is visible to anyone who has the link.
Search engine indexing (separate opt-in). Making the profile public does not, by itself, cause search engines such as Google to index it. This is a second option, also off by default, that the User can only turn on after having made the profile public, and that they can turn off at any time. Turning off the public profile turns this option off too. While it is on, the page asks to be indexed and listed in search results; results that are already indexed may take a few days to disappear after the option is turned off, a period that depends on the search engine, not on TempoRevenue.
Data shown on the public profile. When the User turns on the public profile, and depending on the fields they themselves choose to show, the following may appear: their display name, profile photo, headline, and profession, plus four metrics: number of proposals sent, number of proposals accepted (total), number of proposals accepted in the last 30 days, and the date the User joined the platform ("member since"). These metrics count proposals that went through verification of genuine opens and acceptances, not the number of proposals generated. The User may not inflate these counts by generating fictitious proposals or by opening or accepting their own proposals, which the platform technically blocks.
Connections between Users. TempoRevenue offers a feature for connecting Users, with the following possible states: request awaiting reply, accepted, declined, or blocked. A User can send a connection request to another User who has a public profile; the connection only becomes effective when the other party accepts. Either side of an accepted connection can end it at any time. A User can block another, which prevents new connection requests between the two in either direction and hides the blocking User's profile from the blocked User.
Connected friends. For another User with whom an accepted connection exists, in addition to what is already public on the profile (when turned on), the following are shown: display name, profile photo, and number of proposals accepted in the last 30 days, in a comparative ranking among the User's accepted connections. No financial amount is shown in this ranking or on any other screen of the friends feature. To keep this ranking resistant to fraud, at most 3 proposals accepted by the same visitor, identified by the mechanism described in the view analytics clause below, count toward a User's position in the ranking every 30 days; acceptances beyond that number remain valid for all purposes and simply do not score in the ranking.
Invite. The connection between two Users may also be created automatically when one of them signs up using the other's invite link. In that specific case, there is no additional approval step by either party, because using the invite link already expresses the consent of both sides.
View analytics. TempoRevenue records when a public proposal or public profile is viewed by someone else, for analytics shown to the User themselves (unique views, totals, date of last view) and for the public metrics described above. This record uses an identifier (hash) derived from the viewer's browser, calculated from the IP address and browser information by a one-way cryptographic function. The IP address is processed transiently (Privacy Policy, Section 2). The identifier is pseudonymous, and TempoRevenue treats it as personal data, with the periods in the Privacy Policy (Section 7). Views made by the owner of the proposal or profile do not count in these metrics.
Nothing else is shared. No financial amount, no proposal content (including price, scope, deadline, or generated text), and no data of the User's Client is shared through any of the features described in this clause, under any circumstances.
This clause is specific to the public profile, connections, and Invite/Friends features, and does not change or replace Section 5, which deals with aggregated and anonymized data for statistical purposes, without identifying anyone.
6. TempoRevenue's intellectual property
The TempoRevenue system, its processing engine, templates, prompts, code, structure, interface, and other proprietary elements of the platform belong to TempoRevenue or are used by it under the corresponding rights.
Use of the platform does not transfer to the User any ownership of these elements.
While their account is enabled and subject to these Terms, the User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform according to the plan purchased.
The User may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, or attempt to take ownership of TempoRevenue's proprietary elements, except where expressly permitted by law or authorized by TempoRevenue.
Ownership of Customer Content is not affected by this clause.
7. Subprocessors and service providers
To operate the platform, TempoRevenue uses the following service providers and subprocessors:
- Anthropic, artificial intelligence model provider, for extracting information, writing proposals, and AI Polish;
- OpenAI, artificial intelligence provider, for transcribing audio and reading images and screenshots;
- Supabase (hosted on AWS, us-east-1), for the database, authentication, and file storage;
- Vercel, for hosting and application infrastructure;
- Stripe, for payment processing;
- Resend, for sending service emails (access links, notices, billing, and electronic signing);
- Upstash, for request rate limiting;
- Google, for sign-in with a Google account and for the support mailbox (Google Workspace); and
- browser push notification services (for example, those of Google, Apple, and Mozilla), to deliver the notifications the User turns on.
These providers receive only the data needed to perform their respective functions, subject to the conditions that apply to the services TempoRevenue uses. The Privacy Policy details, for each one, what it receives and why.
TempoRevenue may replace or add infrastructure or processing providers when necessary to operate the service, subject to applicable legal and data protection obligations.
8. Data retention and deletion
TempoRevenue applies different retention periods depending on the type of data. The Privacy Policy has the full table.
8.1. Raw audio and images
Raw files submitted by the User (audio and images) are deleted immediately when proposal generation ends, whether it succeeds or fails.
If processing is interrupted midway, any files left over are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
A new attempt after a failure uploads the files again.
8.2. Transcript
The text resulting from audio transcription is kept permanently as part of the proposal record, for as long as that record remains on the platform.
8.3. Proposals and records
Generated proposals and their records stay associated with the account while it is active, subject to the specific rules of these Terms and any legal retention obligations. When the User asks for a proposal to be deleted, or when the account is deleted, the content of the proposal is erased (Section 8.6).
8.4. Account-related data
Data needed for the existence and administration of the account is kept while the account is active.
8.5. Cancellation
Account deletion is completed within 30 days of the request. Within that period, TempoRevenue will delete the account data and associated content that does not need to be kept because of a legal obligation or another legitimate basis for retention.
Unused credits will be handled as set out in Section 11.
Electronic signing records are kept for 6 years from the signature, with restricted access, as set out in Section 16 of the Privacy Policy, and are then deleted. Other data that the law requires to be kept stays for the period of that obligation and will not be used for purposes incompatible with it.
8.6. Social feature data (profiles, connections, proposals, and referrals)
When an account is deleted, or when a proposal deletion is requested, TempoRevenue erases the content of the proposal: the submitted text and transcript, the generated document, client names and emails, edits with text, and the view identifier (viewer_hash) linked to it. The proposal row remains only with its identifier, dates, status, and anti-fraud flags, with no link to the account, because the proposals table is built never to delete a row, as an anti-fraud safeguard. The same applies to the referral record of the Invite/Friends feature, which loses its link to the account.
Data exclusive to the social feature (connections, the public profile page and photo, view records and the identifiers used in the View analytics, and the internal log of email notifications sent) is deleted.
Electronic signing records (Section 13) are not covered by this rule: they are kept for 6 years from the signature, with restricted access, as Section 16 of the Privacy Policy describes.
9. Free trial and billing
Each person and each payment card is entitled to one free trial of TempoRevenue Pro. The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 10 proposals. If a card has already been used for a free trial, a new trial started with it will be canceled without charge; you can still subscribe without a trial.
Signing up for the trial requires a credit card.
By starting the trial, the User authorizes the automatic charge for the plan chosen if they do not cancel the service before the trial period ends.
If the User does not cancel during the 7 days, the charge will be made automatically on day 8, according to the price and conditions shown at the time of purchase.
The User is responsible for keeping their payment details up to date and for canceling within the applicable period if they do not want billing to start.
10. Plans and prices
Paid plans and credit packs are available only to customers located in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. If we find that a purchase was made from another country, we may cancel it and refund any amount charged. By purchasing, you confirm that your billing information is correct and truthful.
What each plan includes. The free plan includes 3 proposals a month. The Pro plan, including during its free trial, includes 30 proposals a month and the Advanced Analytics and Bookkeeping features. These two features are available only while the Pro subscription is in its trial or active; they are not available while a payment is overdue or after Pro ends. When Pro ends, by cancellation or because a charge was not paid, the account returns to the free plan. The User's proposals stay in the account, and entries already recorded in Bookkeeping are kept and become available again if the User returns to Pro. While without Pro, the User may request a copy of those entries at contact@temporevenue.com.
Plan prices are those shown by TempoRevenue at the time of purchase.
TempoRevenue may change prices for new purchases, provided it gives adequate notice of the new price before the corresponding purchase.
Price changes do not retroactively change a purchase already made, except where permitted by applicable law or expressly agreed with the User.
11. Credits and additional packs
Credits pay for proposal generation and AI Polish. Generating a proposal uses 1 credit and each use of AI Polish uses 1 credit. Use through the API or a connected AI app (Section 11A) draws on the same plan quota and the same credits as use made in the app.
The User may buy individual credits in three packs: 5 credits for US$12, 20 credits for US$39, or 50 credits for US$85 — the price per credit falls as the pack gets larger.
The following rules apply:
- the pack price is the price in effect at the time of purchase;
- a purchased credit does not expire while the account remains active;
- if the account is canceled, unused credits will be refunded in full to the User, as the default rule.
As an alternative to a refund, the User may choose, at the time of cancellation, to keep the balance of unused credits for up to 12 (twelve) months, for use if they reactivate the account within that period. Once that period ends without reactivation, the balance kept under this option is no longer available.
The form, timing, and means of processing the refund will follow the payment method used and the rules that apply to the transaction.
11A. API and connected AI apps
The User may access TempoRevenue with an API key or connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to their account through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The following rules apply:
- API keys are confidential. The User must keep them safe and must not share or publish them. Everything done with a User's key is the User's responsibility.
- Limits and fair use. The API has request and usage limits. The User must not work around them or use the API in a way that harms the service or other users.
- Actions by connected apps are the User's actions. When the User authorizes an AI app to access their account, the actions that app takes within the permissions granted are treated as the User's actions, including the credits and quota used.
- Proposals created through the API or a connected app are created unsent, for the User to review, and are never sent automatically to the User's Client. Sending requires an action by the User.
- Revocation. The User can revoke an API key or disconnect an AI app at any time, in Connectors, and access ends immediately.
- Changes. TempoRevenue may change or discontinue API endpoints, features, or permissions, with reasonable notice to the User.
- Suspension for abuse. TempoRevenue may limit, suspend, or revoke keys and connections used in an abusive or unlawful way or that put the security of the service at risk.
What the AI app does with the content the User gives it is governed by the terms of that app's provider, and the Privacy Policy (Section 17) explains what TempoRevenue shares with connected apps.
12. Proposal generation and editing
TempoRevenue uses the information provided by the User to generate commercial proposals.
The User has a full editor to review and change the proposal. AI Polish rewrites the text of the proposal and does not change prices, dates, or clauses.
Every public proposal shows the "Made with TempoRevenue" badge, on all plans.
Generation uses artificial intelligence, and the generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The User reviews and validates all content before sending it to their client, especially commercial information, description of services, prices, deadlines, conditions, and other relevant data. Automated generation does not replace this review.
The User remains responsible for the proposal they send to their Client.
12A. Bookkeeping
The Bookkeeping feature records the User's income and expenses and shows summaries and estimates, including tax estimates such as those for Schedule C, 1099-NEC, and 1040-ES. These figures are estimates for planning. They are not tax, accounting, or legal advice. The User alone is responsible for their tax returns and for paying their taxes and should consult a qualified professional when needed.
Bookkeeping is part of the Pro plan, as set out in Section 10.
13. Electronic acceptance of the proposal
When the User's Client accepts a proposal through TempoRevenue, the acceptance is recorded as a simple electronic signature, following the flow below:
- the person accepting types their name and their email;
- the platform shows a disclosure about the use of electronic records and signatures;
- the person accepting ticks a consent checkbox to continue;
- the platform stores a signing record with the typed name and email, date and time, IP address and device information (user agent), language, the versions of the texts shown, and the SHA-256 hash of the accepted document;
- the PDF of the accepted document is sent to both parties, the User and the person who accepted;
- the platform provides a public verification page for the acceptance; and
- the accepted proposal is locked against editing.
These elements make up the audit trail of the acceptance and are meant to record the act of acceptance and the corresponding document.
The mechanism described in this clause is not a qualified electronic signature based on an ICP-Brasil certificate.
The User must assess whether the signing or acceptance mechanism is suitable given the nature of the transaction, the document, and the applicable law.
13A. Electronic signatures: scope and limits
The electronic signature mechanism was designed to be compatible with the applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and state electronic transactions laws based on the UETA, as well as equivalent provincial laws. Requirements vary by jurisdiction.
The sender and the signer are responsible for ensuring that their agreement complies with applicable law.
Do not use the service for documents that applicable law excludes from electronic signature, such as wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts, family law matters, court orders and notices, default notices, foreclosure, eviction, or utility shut-off notices, insurance cancellation notices, and real estate transfers that require other formalities.
14. User's responsibility toward their Clients
The User is responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations from their Clients and other data subjects before sending their data to TempoRevenue, where such authorizations are required.
This includes, where applicable, authorizations relating to:
- recording or use of audio;
- transcription of conversations;
- use of names and other personal data;
- preparation of proposals;
- sending the proposal to the Client; and
- use of the electronic acceptance mechanism.
TempoRevenue does not assume the contractual relationship between the User and the User's Client.
15. Permitted use
The User must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
It is not permitted to use TempoRevenue to:
- violate third-party rights;
- submit content whose use is unlawful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system;
- interfere with the operation of the platform;
- exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
- use the platform for a fraudulent purpose; or
- get around technical, commercial, or security limits of the service.
16. Availability and operation
TempoRevenue will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and working properly.
However, software services depend on infrastructure, the internet, third-party services, and other components that can be unavailable or fail.
For that reason, unless expressly stated otherwise, TempoRevenue does not guarantee that the service will run without interruption or without errors.
16A. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" (IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION) AND "AS AVAILABLE" (AS IT IS MADE AVAILABLE), WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, AND OF COMMERCIAL RESULTS.
16B. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPOREVENUE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE IT.
TEMPOREVENUE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO THE USER, FOR ANY CAUSE RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS THE USER PAID TO TEMPOREVENUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) US$100.
THIS CLAUSE DOES NOT LIMIT RIGHTS THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE LIMITED, INCLUDING CONSUMER RIGHTS, NOR LIABILITY FOR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD.
16C. Indemnification
The User will indemnify TempoRevenue for losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from a third-party claim relating to: (a) the User's unlawful use of the service; (b) content the User submits to the platform; or (c) the User's relationship with their Clients, including the proposals they send and the agreements they make.
17. Third-party services
Certain TempoRevenue functions depend on services provided by third parties, including the subprocessors identified in these Terms.
An outage or change by one of these providers may temporarily affect certain TempoRevenue features.
TempoRevenue does not directly control the infrastructure of these third parties, although it seeks to select and use services compatible with the operation of the platform.
18. Cancellation by the User
The User may cancel their subscription using the "Manage subscription" button provided by TempoRevenue.
Cancellation ends future use of the service according to the plan purchased, without prejudice to the specific rules on billing, credits, refunds, data retention, and legal obligations.
Unused credits will be handled as set out in Section 11.
18A. Refunds and right of withdrawal
- Unused individual credits are refunded, as set out in Section 11.
- A subscription has no prorated refund. On cancellation, the User keeps access until the end of the billing cycle already paid.
- Right of withdrawal (Brazil). A User in Brazil may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of buying, with a full refund of the amount paid, under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC). To exercise this right, write to contact@temporevenue.com.
19. Suspension or termination by TempoRevenue
TempoRevenue may suspend or terminate an account when necessary to:
- comply with a legal obligation;
- protect the security of the platform;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful use;
- prevent unauthorized access; or
- deal with a violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate and possible, TempoRevenue may notify the User before suspension or termination.
20. Limits of the generation service
TempoRevenue is a tool that supports the preparation of commercial proposals.
Automated generation of a proposal does not guarantee that the User's Client will accept the proposal, hire the service, pay the price indicated, or achieve a particular commercial result.
The decision to send, modify, or accept a proposal belongs to the respective user or Client.
21. Changes to these Terms
TempoRevenue may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in the law, or in how the platform operates.
When a change is significant, TempoRevenue will try to tell the User by suitable means, such as an in-app notice or email.
Continued use of the platform after the new Terms take effect may be subject to acceptance of the updated conditions, as required by applicable law.
22. Governing law, amicable resolution, and consumer rights
These Terms will be interpreted according to Brazilian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply to the User because of their location or the nature of the engagement.
Before starting any court or arbitration proceeding, the User and TempoRevenue will try to resolve the matter amicably. To do so, the person raising the complaint must write to contact@temporevenue.com, describing the problem and what they ask for, and the parties will have 30 days from receipt of the message to try to reach an agreement. This step does not prevent urgent measures to protect rights or the exercise of rights that the law guarantees the User.
Where the User is protected by consumer protection rules, their rights under applicable law are not removed by these Terms.
23. Data protection
The specific rules on processing of personal data, data subject rights, legal bases, responsibilities, and other data protection aspects are in the Privacy Policy, which supplements these Terms.
If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
24. Contact
For questions, requests, privacy matters, or support, write to contact@temporevenue.com.
25. Acceptance
By creating an account, starting the free trial, purchasing a plan, buying credits, or using TempoRevenue, the User states that they had access to these Terms and agree to their provisions.
26. Language
These Terms are available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails for Users in Brazil and the English version prevails for all other Users.
